How do you determine the theme and style of the party?
Fill out our event request form, and we'll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss the details of the event.
What is the timeline for planning and executing the party design?
The sooner, the better. Once you know the date and time of your event, fill out the form in our contact section. Please inquire a minimum of 4 weeks before your event. Events typically book 2-3 months in advance.
How do I secure a booking?
Once we discuss the details, you will receive an invoice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your event. The Bubble House is a $300 deposit.
Can you accommodate special requests or specific themes?
Yes, that is what I specialize in! If you have an idea or preference, tell me all about it or send me a picture so I can get an idea of what your preferences are!
How do you handle unexpected changes or emergencies?
If something were to come up, we can reschedule with no additional fee, pending the available date. If you decide to cancel altogether, we do not offer refunds on deposits.
Are there travel fees?
Yes, we charge a travel fee of $3/mile for anything outside 15 miles from exit 210 off I-75.
